The Clock Foundation is a 501(c) non-profit organization based in Los Angeles. Founded by Steve Horvath and Bobby Brooke, our organization’s aim is to push the boundaries of longevity research and make meaningful, tangible and accessible improvements in human health and lifespan.
Through our research and community initiatives, we seek to further the understanding of aging and to facilitate the development of safe, affordable, and effective interventions that can help people live longer, healthier lives.

We’ve contributed on over 700 rigorous projects and studies using epigenetic clocks to accurately measure biological age and predict healthspan.
Recent Projects & Publications:
🧰 Our Free DNA Methylation Age Calculator is helping researchers advance clinical and preclinical studies aimed at reversing aging and lowering chronic disease risks!
Accessible, Affordable and Actionable
We’ve already enabled thousands of individuals, groups, and researchers to quantify and track their biomarkers of aging using GrimAge, PhenoAge and Wearables.
Our Aging Tests are used by Top Longevity Researchers and Biohackers:
🌐 Our MyAgingTests.com Longevity Tracker gives individuals and groups around the world access to research-grade biological age testing, analysis and recommendations.
Let’s end aging!
Our projects are identifying how to slow down or reverse aging.
🤝 Open-Enrollment Longevity Groups is a participatory research program exploring the anti-aging effects of different supplements and protocols. Generating reliable and robust data on personalized longevity actions and strategies.
Current Longevity Group options:
The Open Longevity Leaderboard (OLL) is a global, collaborative platform that aim to empower individuals and groups to track aging biomarkers using multiple validated aging tests.
As a community of longevity enthusiasts, individuals will be able to share and compare their aging scores and progress as well as their longevity treatment plans and other changes in order to track, learn and improve how we age.
The platform is being built on the principles of transparency, inclusivity, and collective learning, with the goal of advancing scientific understanding and promoting healthier, longer lives.
Will include:
Open-Enrollment Longevity Groups is a participatory research program exploring the anti-aging effects of different supplements and protocols. It is a community-driven initiative designed to help individuals and groups collaborate on personalized longevity strategies and advance our understanding on what works to slow down or reverse aging.
Participants join groups focused on specific aging interventions, track their progress, and share insights with a global community.
During our inaugural year-to-date, we launched our AKG Testing Group investigating the effects of Ca-AKG supplements on epigenetic clocks and aging biomarkers. Learn more from our March 2024 webinar).
In short-term, we are actively working to expand the program to 10 different programs targeting risk factors:
🧠 Brain Health: Focused on interventions that target cognitive function and protect against age-related cognitive decline.
🍏 Metabolic Health: Addressing metabolic health markers and reducing the risk of metabolic disorders, such as diabetes and heart disease.
🛡️Immune System Function: Exploring interventions that support immune system health and resilience, especially important for older adults who are more vulnerable to infections.
Personalized Combinations: Offer Longevity Groups that focus on targeted combinations of interventions tailored to specific GrimAge risk factors.
